Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: How to Turn Your Inner Critic Into Your Inner Coach

If you are like most business owners, you occasionally feel like you’re out of your depth. We all do. With the rapid pace of change in today’s market, we are constantly evolving and innovating to meet the demands of our clients and customers, which can be overwhelming. At the same time, it can feel like everyone else has it all figured out, causing self-doubt and insecurity to grow, regardless of our prior success. When we feel this way chronically, it can leave us in an endless loop of thinking we need to prove ourselves, agonizing over even the smallest mistakes, and feeling as though any amount of constructive criticism is further evidence of our shortcomings.

As a business owner, these feelings of self-doubt can show up in all kinds of ways and leave us feeling out of control in our business. They can also keep us from playing big, asking for what we’re worth, making our needs a priority, and truly stepping into our superpower.

In this workshop, Cassie Crosby shows you how to identify the symptoms of imposter syndrome, recognize its impact on your business, and transform your inner critic into your inner coach. Together, we will explore the following questions:

  • What is imposter syndrome?
  • What does it feel/look like?
  • How do I recognize the symptoms?
  • How does it impact my business?
  • How do turn my inner critic into my inner coach?

This workshop provides practical tools and strategies to help you develop confidence building behaviors, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim your agency, in your business and your life.

There's no charge for this workshop.
