Networking, Mentoring, and Education for Consultants and Solo Professionals
Getting New Clients and Sustaining Client Relationships
One common mistake consultants make is spending more time looking for new clients than sustaining relationships with their existing ones. On Wednesday February 10th, the SPC will hold a problem-solving workshop where we’ll discuss best practices in managing client relationships.
We’ll be using the World Café method, a structured, conversational process for solving problems and sharing best practices. The workshop will explore these two questions:
1. How do we acquire new clients?2. How do we sustain current client relationships?
We’ll use breakout rooms with 4 – 5 people per team. Each team will discuss both questions and a facilitator will capture the responses on a virtual whiteboard. At the end of the meeting, the facilitators will share ideas and best practices with the participants.
There's no charge to attend this workshop. Please register in advance so you can share your experiences, challenges, and success stories with your colleagues.
