Bio
Bo Andersson, was employed for over 50 years in various positions at Flomatic Corporation, Glens Falls, NY from 1969 until he retired as President and CEO in 2021. He joined the parent holding company Boshart Group in 2021 as Director of Research and Development. In 2023, Bo started his own independent consulting company BoTime Consulting in 2023 to use his technical and business experience to help other organizations.

During his over 50 years in the water and wastewater industry and markets he has always been active in industrial organizations. He currently a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Water Environmental Association (WEF), National Ground Water Association (NGWA), Water System Council (WSC). He also serves on several committees of these organizations.

Bo Andersson graduated from the Tekniska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden ’68 also attended the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY

He is also a contributing author of industry handbooks in the water and wastewater market. Bo has also been active providing credited professional training (Professional Development Hours, PDH and Continues Educational Units, CEU) in many States to water and wastewater professionals.

He has received Recognition Award from the National Ground Water Association (NGWA) and the first Icon award from the Water System Council (WSC) in 2022.

In addition, Bo holds eighteen different patents on various valve product designs for the water and wastewater applications.
