If you end the day with more papers on your desk than when you started, this is the morning for making a change. Are you ready to start the New Year working smarter, not harder? Then resolve now to control your e-mail In Box for the new year and come learn some simple, effective strategies for managing your papers and your time. To regain your sense of life balance you need more than the trite “Plan your work and work your plan.” Today’s multi-taskers demand sharp attention and instant access to the facts, figures and documents that each project requires. Learn how you can make the most of every minute.

Gain new insights into your own preferred work style and find new ways to be more productive. From attorneys to consultants, middle managers to successful corporate officers, everyone has their own way of working. Like snowflakes, no two are alike and there’s always something new. Fifi Ball has handled projects like developing office procedures and reorganizing paper flow at an advertising agency to consolidating files from over 20 parallel systems into a single cohesive approach for a real estate office. Come share your ideas and take home a collection of methods for coping with overflows of paper and e-mail.

This morning we’ll discuss ways to: Identify, overcome and change those less-than-ideal work habits Arrange an efficient work space in an office, car, or briefcase! Set up a simple, easy-to-maintain filing system Exercise and strengthen decision-making muscles Cure the scourge of ‘situational Attention Deficit Disorder’ Find and reach your personal productivity pinnacle
