SPC Standards of Conduct
  • Members have a responsibility to maintain objectivity and to disclose fully all relevant information to clients and prospects.

  • Members have a responsibility to maintain competence in their area of expertise and to perform services within the bounds of legal, technical and other accepted standards of practice.

  • Members have a responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them by clients, prospects or fellow members of the society.

  • Members have a responsibility to maintain professional integrity.

By signing and submitting this form with my application and my check for $150.00, I attest that all statements provided by me are true to the best of my knowledge. Further, I agree to perform within the spirit of the Society's standards of conduct, and I further agree to hold the Society harmless and indemnify the Society against and claims, loss or damages, including legal fees, incurred as a result of any claim, lawsuit or complaint based on my service to a client and further covenant not to sue the Society for any such claims.
